    Solid strategies for guaranteeing that 4x ROI, Adam! For agency owners looking to scale, remember to leverage data-driven personalization in your outreach. Tailoring your approach based on a prospect's industry, size, and pain points can significantly increase conversion rates and client satisfaction. Good one Adam!

    Thank you so much!
    I was facing a dilemma of starting a business from scratch (3rd time now) with multiple services or going in with one big offer as my LP - and this answers a lot of my questions - I think going with one offer and incapsulating it under fancy terms would be the way to go and focus on 1 type of customer is the way to go

    Really great video! I do have a question, When you say 1 offer, does that mean I should avoid let's say offer Facebook ads and customer re-engagement? Could you clarify thanks

    • @growmyagency
      @growmyagency  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Great question. One offer can combine different elements but the goal is to solve a specific problem for a specific niche (however you do that depends on the niche and problem). Also, FB Ads and/or customer re-engagement aren't necessarily "offers" they're just parts of a service that you may, or may not want to include.

      @growmyagency Thank you, Adam. Sorry for the really late reply. I've been learning from you a lot. One thing I noticed in my country is that most businesses don't really have a website, but I don't want to build a website for them haha. Do you think I can just substitute the lead generation part with paid ads, like FB ads?

    Hey Adam I have a question, as the agency owner are you offering to manage the core 4 services for your client or are you simply setting them up while they manage all of the text messages and the other services? Thanks for your reply.

    • @growmyagency
      @growmyagency  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Manage ourselves for premium rates, or set them up for low rates (I prefer the former)

    This is a fantastic video! However, you mention a few times to focus on 1 niche, 1 offer, 1 service etc and yet introduce what you call “waterfall pricing” which displays 3 different offers, can you please share some light on that? Regarding the 1 service, it makes sense but yet, you mention missed call text back, chat widget and more… not just 1 service… would love for you to clarify! Thank you!

    • @growmyagency
      @growmyagency  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey Dave! Great point, yes I need to make a video explaining that in more detail. The Rule of One still stands. But we use waterfall pricing to reduce services IN the offer to accommodate different kinds of buyers.

    What is a CTA form exactly?

    • @growmyagency
      @growmyagency  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey Tim, it's a call to action form on a website that encourages someone to take action or take some kind of offer

    Hi, I am from India, do you have a course where I can learn how to accelerate my agency. I booked a call and it got cancelled saying you only server UK clients.

    • @growmyagency
      @growmyagency  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey my friend! Sorry to hear about the call we don't only work with UK clients but maybe something else in your application got flagged? As for other training, there's a TON of videos here on this channel as well as on my main channel @adamerhartvideo that you might like.

    Hi adam, I really may want to join but would this work if my target is ecommerce businesses?

    • @growmyagency
      @growmyagency  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey my friend! Do you mean doing marketing for ecommerce businesses as an agency (in which case yes) or using it to grow your own ecommerce business (in which case this wouldn't be the best fit)

    • @dkass465
      @dkass465 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@growmyagency Thank you for your prompt response Adam! To clarify, my primary focus is on scaling the revenue of e-commerce businesses. Essentially, when a business approaches me for assistance, my goal is to offer them high-value solutions.
      Your video insightfully addresses strategies for capturing leads in service-based businesses, which I find brilliant. However, I'm contemplating whether these strategies would seamlessly translate to the realm of e-commerce. There's a possibility that I might be overlooking some aspects of your approach that could be beneficial for e-commerce clients as well. I'm eager to understand if there's a way to adapt these strategies to better suit e-commerce businesses or if there are other techniques you might recommend specifically for this sector.

    I am having doubt which had literally disturbed me as a begineer, as the use of AI is tremendously increasing day by day, dont you think google and fb will introduce chatbots which will help the business owners to create post and manage their ad campaigns by its own in near future.Lets suppose I want to run ads for a particular type of business and instead of hiring my team ,wont he just do it by themselves

    • @growmyagency
      @growmyagency  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Most business owners won't ever do it themselves because it's not worth their time. They make way more money by managing their business than by spending their time and money on learning and implementing things like running ads (not to mention most of them aren't interested in that)

    Seems to me like the title of the video is misleading - I don't see anything in this video that answers the thing.
    I do feel like there is good info here, and appreciate the sharing of it - but whoever decided this video title seems to be trying to maximize clicks today with the possible results of destroying the brand in the future since we will no longer trust the thumbnails or titles.. or maybe I missed the part where they answered "How I Guarantee A 4x ROI For My SMMA Clients" ?
