Bathroom exhaust fan not sucking!

We’ve had a low sucking exhaust fan in our bathroom just limping along not really doing what it should. Exhaust suction was really low, trying what I can to avoid changing out the entire unit. Scraped the junk of the fan blades and did get some positive results and I didn’t break it!
