  • I believed I had arthritis when I was a teenager but my GP always said that I'm too young for it. People around me always said it was an old-person's condition. But is that the case? Are we misled? And how do I now treat my arthritis?
I share all of this in today's video, but as always, please remember that I am not a medical professional, I am a patient sharing her medical journey. Please always seek a doctor for your personal case.

Thank you for sharing! I’ve been living with chronic pain for the last 14 years without diagnosis, so I’m stuck with dealing with it all on my own, so it helps to have videos like these that also mention non-medical tricks to help manage things. Tumeric-ginger tea seems to be used in multiple conditions that involve joint pain, so I’m gonna start drinking it as part of my morning routine. If it doesn’t help, it’s a thing that won’t harm either

Thank you for appreciating the content - I do believe that we need to create a supportive plan, something that doesn't add more medication and can aid our quality of life.
I have done a detailed video on the other natural remedies I incorporate in my everyday, so just in case you'd like to have a watch, then you can here:
      th-cam.com/video/S8WbxjuGIiQ/w-d-xo.html
I hope the ginger-turmeric works for you.
If you live in the US, then this is where I get my ginger-turmeric tea from, it's organic and caffeine free: bushwicktea.com/products/ginger-turmeric (you can get 10% with my code: ATE10)

@@FootprintsNoBoundariesByShruti Thanks for sharing! Alas I'm on the other side of the world but I have located some local teas.
I'm by all means not against medication. I just don't like excessive medication and belief lifestyle also can contribute to health a lot. And then there's of course accessibility. You may experiment with lifestyle changes in the time (often years) it takes for the medical field to give a proper diagnosis (or end up with only these measures in the end after all).

      Hi Debashri,
I do plan on doing more videos on PCOS since that's what I have. I don't have PCOD though so the treatment could vary, but I'll check up on that and do some videos related to it.
I have done a video on how I've helped my hair fall, I'll link that here:
      th-cam.com/video/gFSsg6CKSrY/w-d-xo.html
      I hope this helps.
