It's very shocking what Paulo Muwanga and Milton Obote did, especially the latter who wrote letters instructing Muwanga to frustrate the DP's electoral victory.
Mr Lubega some parts of your history are wrong. Muwanga was released in 1990 and died on 1st April 1991 at 67yrs old. Also Muwanga was not among 18ministers who wanted to overthrow M7 because Muwanga was already in Luzira prison. He was sent to Luzira by Tito Lutwa and he was replaced by Engnear Jonh Waliggo as Tito Okelos primeminiter. Muwanga was the first Tito Okelos primeminiter. Please collect the mistakes.
