Can you share what the next step should be if the numbers aren’t in range? Do we throw the meter away and get a new one or do we take it to a pharmacist and ask them to fix it?
I have the True Metrix Air and I have tried to find where I can get all three test solutions. Would you be able to help me with this? I actually have no idea what I am doing as far as my type 2 diabetes. I test once in the morning and again if I feel I am having low blood sugar. Thank you for any help.
The test solutions can be ordered by a local pharmacy or purchased online. However, as a type 2 diabetic I doubt you need to use control solution. The control solution is only needed if you feel the meter or test strips are not giving accurate results. As far as when to test, fasting (first thing in the morning) and two hour after eating usually can give you an idea how well you are controlling your diabetes. I explain some here th-cam.com/video/mkk09hyHlME/w-d-xo.html Best of luck
I just did my 3 test and everything was in their levels perfectly, this true metrix monitor seems very accurate 👌

Can you please share what next steps are if the meter numbers aren’t in range after control testing?
I have the regular true metrix. Now what would we do if our meter isn’t within that range?
Did anyone ever answer this question?
Please do a video on test solutions on a Livongo meter

At the bottom of he meter there is a button with a line and a down arrow. What is this for?
That is the test strip release/eject button
Can I use a control solution that is of different brand from my glucometer? Thank you.
You should always use the one made for your meter.
Makes no sense!
