Dylar when me and some friends test heroes in friends battles doesn't look like an "accurated" battle, we have the theory damage reduction from commander doesn't work there, sometime I test a team agains top 1 in my server and beat him, try it in arena and can't do it, I'm not saying ares is not god in immo 5, but maybe needs to be test in a "real" battle like galactic arena, or arena himself, cheers AresGod
Oracle took his vanguards against maxed Kora teams in Summit and still won.

Not sure why people think this is a "BUG", its working for the same reason my summoner team designed to fight Reaper Deka shits on Koraxia teams. We have ample access to CD reduction through guild tech and substats. I think people have been underestimating just how much of a gimmick crit damage is for assassins as a unit type and now that the game has been out long enough people have the means to counter it. When you remove that gimmick from assassins what you are left with is pretty weak units that don't do the damage they need to get the kills to trigger their abilities and etc. It just happens that Ares scales very well off of the stats that simply shut down assassins. He probably fairs fairly well against energy teams for the same reason as they are usually very crit heavy, my guess though, you could test it with that setup.

they never modify heroes, if they nerf him after this video, that will be a show of claws that they don't want to keep the game balanced, and only nerf or create characters to have financial return.
Plus people will just ask for a legitimate refund

@@zohaibsyed21 I can’t do this at immo-0, and you saw him get down to around 20% hp, which is very close to where Koraxia can execute him. That said I don’t have the max guild tech, nor the immortal gear.
I heard around immo-3 (with everything else done) it starts to become consistent

I am becoming increasingly alarmed that character design is having unexpected meta impacts and corrections week to week.
Dorra came in and was strong counter to tanks, who recieved taresh who was meta breaking and completely countered summoners (who had two weeks in the sun). Before that, Jaina as a single character, completely counters an entire summoner team.
Now Ares, albeit in a niche build, is able to single handily counter the assassins who have been treated extremely well over the last few months of releases, including Kora?
Bad design? Smart business by creating a problem and selling the solution? Desired meta evolution to keep us on our toes? Lack of understanding of mechanics in an increasingly complex and dicerse game?
All games like this have these problem though. This game is just more laxidasical on nerfing these unintended consequences.
What if all this wasn't an accident by the design team? What if? It was fully intentional?? I mean.... Just a thought

should i immortal him? i get another copy of him just right know and his at legendary+ exclusive 20 hes actually usefull to me in CINSARO MARSH since i use him to kill those little bug and almost in every mode he's usefull i put him in front so hes rage will recover fast. Right now DOM and ARES is my dmg i don't know which should i immortal
