Thank you for sharing your story. I connected with your story. I saw domestic violence against my mother as a child and felt helpless and guilty that I didn't protect my mother from my dad. I went to therapy as an adult due to depression. I am better, stronger, due to my relationship with God and dealing with trauma through therapy. You are blessed you got out of your situation and God blessed you and you chose to live and not die.
