      Idol paano sa mga 5k race or 3k race since short distance applicable pa rin ba tung ganyan na tips idol? Salamat po sa pagsagot

      @@michaelquijada-e2b Depende po sa runner, if newbie pa Yes po applicable.
      Pero kung PR at podium na po ang target, sa experience ko all out na po agad yan kase ang hirap maiwan ng lead pack.

    Malaking tulong ang pacer sa mga gustong makakuha ng PB, base on my experience, lalo na pag pro pacer yung nagdala. Hindi mo na kaylangan tumingin ng tumingin sa relo mo, magbabase ka nalang sa pakiramdam mo. At may taga salo ng hangin lalo na pag headwind.. Sumabay ako sa pacer ma 1:45 (yan yung main target ko) pero nakatapos ako mg 1:41 dahil hindi ako nalaspag at marami akong natirang energy dahil sa tulong nila kaya last 6km iniwan ko yung pacer ng 1:45 at ayun strong finished.. goodluck sir sa mga events. More power..

Yes, that correct kaya to be honest di din ako naging satisfied, hehe kaya nag hanap na lang ako ng runners sa daan na ipepace kahit ibang target time para masulit yung experience as a pacer.     maraming salamat muli lods sa mga hints and training video mo. dami pa kami matutunan mula sayo at sa iba pa na nagshashare ng kanilang experience and running goals. sana magkita tayo sa fun run or races lods. baka sa milo ulit 😂

    Salamat sir sa mga payo mo dami ko natututunan sayo ❤ ginawa ko dn last sagisag ung sub2 attempt nag maintain ako ng 5:30 pace pero nasunog ng 17km . Natapos naman ng 2:08 . Need bumawi next race 😅

      @@dikojay86 nakapag sub 1:55 na dn ako last year sir medyo nagpahinga lang sa running due to injury kaya sub2 target muna 🥰

    Present! Good day idol.
    Parang ito ung natanong ko isang blog mo po. 1st time ko kase tumakbo 10k at sa Clark pa na very hilly yung route. Buti na lang maganda ang aking pakiramdam ay kahit paano na beat ko ang aking target time. 😁

      1 glass of water po automatic pag gising, and yung half cup na coffee yun lang po laman ng sikmura ko na liquid sa morning run, [Example lang po, Gaya po kanina 21k na LSD , kaya ko pong di mag hydration sa buong 21k [hindi ko po inaadvice pero kaya ko pong iraos yun run na yun lang ang laman]
      pag uwi naman po syempre ng bahay tyaka binabawi yung nawalang tubig sa katawan.

      parehas na maganda at dapat kasama sa training, Mag kaiba kasi sila ng epekto yung interval improves yung top speed mo lalo kung short race ang lalaruan mo, While tempo builds endurance para matagal mong ma-maintain yung top speed mo sa race. God bless

    Pwede nman po uminom or gumamit ng mga performance enhancer diba po like steroids or something, may nag shashab* din po ba sa mga running events?? Pampalakas daw kasi yun

      Mas preferred po natin yung natural, mahirap pong maging dependent sa mga ganung bagay. at tyak po na hindi yung maganda sa fitness natin in the long term.☺

      Sa easy run po dapat po ba short strides then fast cadence para efficient? Na connect ko lang kasi yung mga tanong ko sa inyo.

      @@edwinpepito1498 😄 kung kaya po ng body na mag fast cadence during easy runs ay much better, Pero tingin ko po taas HR pag may exert ng effort.
      Ang importante po ay manatili tayo sa Zone 2 habang tumatakbo.
