As someone in their mid 30s who grew up admiring the Cadillacs of the 80s 90s I always said I would own a brand new Cadillac. But after having some high end modern GM and switching to an Aluminum F150 platinum and seeing what GM keeps doing this looks like the suv to have.
Will attest to the quality and range of the sound. It is beyond belief.... A definite 11. Have a merc, a jag, and this is without a doubt THE road trip car
The way it "looks like an airplane " (and you wanted to know if you see that cause you did not ) , is because the roof forms the shape of the top of an airplane wing, known as an "airfoil " which actually makes the car slightly more aerodynamic .
Greetings from oakville Ontario home of the ford plant opened up in 1953 it will be revamped for ev production in 2025 and I used to like a ford/ Lincoln but I'm looking forward to the LA auto show November 18 thanks for the presentation
I have the 2022 reserve and will not trade it in for a higher model. It seems like the 2022s were made better. All I hear is problems with the earlier models the 23s and up have nothing special that would justify the trade. You accidentally called yours a 2022 when you were starting the test drive (cause they’re best) 😂♥️
Lincoln has been pretty slow at updating their vehicles, and you're right there's basically no changes throughout the production of this so far. Hope yours continues to work out for you!
Great review....i'm considering the Hybrid version but not sure how much they will save me in terms of dollars say monthly compared to the gasoline one. Any figure you can throw in based on your experience since you have been driving 30 miles per day to work as you say?
So for me since I was able to charge at home and at work most of my driving was done in electric mode. I’d say If I owned the car for a month or more I’d probably need gas once every 3 weeks or so around 116$ ever month using current gas prices. Keep in my i drove this in fairly warm weather not sure what range will look like in winter like weather! Hope that helps!
The Cadillac is trash compared to this. You will be returning that Caddy after 140k miles, this not the 70s,80s,90s when GMC was making good vehicles. Everything comes from GMC now is garbage
I have the hybrid aviator I really do enjoy driving it.. but disappointed about the car play, and it’s not getting 56 mile per gallon. But drives great, just purchased a couple months ago 2023.
I'm curious as to how long the battery lasts and what your mileage is if you run the car all day on a single charge. If I put on 100+ miles per day and have no opportunities to charge it, what would be the suggested drive mode? What kind of mileage would I expect?
I'd keep it in the regular drive mode then, we've done some testing with other PHEVs like the Honda Clarity and Chrysler Pacifica where we purposely ran the battery out to see what sort of experience we'd get, and with both vehicles we were still getting better fuel efficiency with a drained PHEV battery. Essentially once the batteries on these drop to '0%', they run in HEV mode like a regular hybrid. We took the Chrysler Pacifica PHEV on a 750km road trip, the battery was rated for about 60km EV driving but we did about 120km electric in total during that trip.
The preserve EV is best because when the EV ranger gets low it turns on the engine and the engine charges the battery and once the battery meets the 75% mark it runs in all electric
Dominicana, veo muchas aqui.
Glitches and premature failures are why the sales numbers for this Lincoln are dismissal. Poor resale value and poor quality are not the labels a luxury car brand should have attached to it. Unfortunately Lincoln does and clearly their ambitions have exceeded their execution. Great design poor craftsmanship are recipes for a failed brand. Lincoln has some great designs but just can't deliver Japanese or European quality. The big conglomerate that is Ford is too busy trying to dick measure with the trucking and sport car industry that they cut corners in other branches of theirs and the Lincoln brand is no exception. It's a wonder why a big car manufacturer like Ford can't even compete with Honda let alone Toyota in quality and reliability over a long recorded time. I guess as long as people keep rewarding them with car sales even after all the data is collected putting them unfavorably in quality compared to similar priced competitors. Just like politics You Can't Fix Stupid! I should know I own 2 Lincoln vehicles and I'm as dumb as a bridge to nowhere.
Irish Honey Badger - I was disrespected via person in parts dept... Sorry that I won't tolerate this therefore I can't do business at your dealership and I am sorry.
I found myself missing the Lincoln immediately after I dropped it off. Really great car!
I have the same vehicle, believe every word he says - Its beyond what people expect - Love the car !
I have the Black Label Hybrid - Luxury PLUS !
Can't go wrong with one of these!
I own the Corsair GT. 2022 Similar not as big. Just love it. It has all the features. The big boy does.
Enjoy yours!
14:56 ... Thanks for the sound upgrade tip.
You’ll definitely want to go with the upgraded Revel Ultima system, it’s truly amazing.

Lincoln has done a great job with their current vehicle lineup. If you're looking for ultimate comfort it's definitely the way to go.

I've enjoyed all the recent Lincolns I've driven, the Aviator especially.
The way it "looks like an airplane " (and you wanted to know if you see that cause you did not ) , is because the roof forms the shape of the top of an airplane wing, known as an "airfoil " which actually makes the car slightly more aerodynamic .
Fair enough

Nice! This car would do really well as an EV. looking forward to what comes up at the LA auto show as well!
We're not too far from Oakville, Nile grew up in the area.
The exhaust is rerouted out the bottom so the chrome tips never get that black soot on them
I thought that’s what It must be for! Thanks for confirming that!
Fair enough
I'm getting my hybrid aviator next month. Is this one Pearl exterior with a espresso interior? That's exactly what I ordered.
Hope it worked out well for you!

Nearly 500 horsepower that's insane great car super luxurious I'd personally go with Xt6 Cadillac .. great review mate
Near 500hp and it does a good job at using all of it!

Not sure if you mentioned this but what is the colour code for this one? It’s like an off white/grey and I love it
This should be Pristine White.
nope. its their tricoat diamond metallic color. Its an upgraded color@@PRNTestDrive

Locking the keys inside the car is not a new feature. My dad's been doing that since the 80s.
True! My dad has done the same thing!
Its a Ford feature.
he's also the best lock smith

Lincoln still has a way to go to make themselves a truly viable luxury brand again.

Too expensive that console very dated get rid of the wood dashboard lol like carbon fiber instead right now I’m disgusted with Buick
Good thing Lincoln is starting to update their entire range of vehicles.
