07-09-2024 Mount Vernon, IN - Large Tornadoes Near Mount Vernon and Johnson

Tornadoes tracked across the southwestern portion of Indiana on Tuesday afternoon causing damage. These tornadoes were spawned from the remnants of Beryl and appeared to be strong to violent tornadoes. The first tornado in this video package developed south of Johnson, Indiana and tracked northward causing damage to some homes in the area. Clips 1-9 show this tornado. Clips 10 - 18 are damage that was seen from that tornado near Johnson. Clips 19 - 24 are of the tornado that developed in Mount Vernon, Indiana and tracked northward towards Springfield, Indiana.

The first tornado's development made me think of Joplin 2011 for some reason.
