Great tips. Thank you so much for sharing. I was using hair dryers after wash it causes damage and also rubbing using heavy towel. Then I tried Hair Buddy Damp defens towel wrap. It gently removes water from hair and reduces frizz plus increases shine. found it much better than my traditional towel.I noticed my hair fall reduced.

Firstly I drink raisins water in the morning..After sometime I eat fresh curry leaves then I eat soaked sprouts, almonds and raisin...I added salad and in my meal Try to drink turmeric milk twice or thrice in a week
And I apply onion oil in my hair twice in a weekI am using herbal shampoo
After hair wash I always applied leave in serum (flax seed gel+argan oil+rosewater)And I always keep my hair detangle and tied... with this rountine my hair is absolutely fine and I am happy with it...This is all because of you prerna dii...I always listen you carefully and try to include your suggestions in my routine...I have adopted some habits from prerna dii and some from my mindset...but I am trying to make a healthy Lifestyle...in which prerna dii has helped a lot...and most importantly I kept myself stress free and always try to be happy in every situation...

Hello Prerna Dii… I have two issues. First is excessive hair fall… Thankyou for these tips. I will follow these steps for hair fall control.
Second issue is my hair is extremely dry. When I apply hair oil and wash off my hair looks nice but from next day it looks /becomes extremely dry. Please please please advise something for extreme dry hair.
