"Cross Functional" with Carsten Lützen

I realized last week, that my definition of Cross-Functional was wrong... Or at least not fully correct.
I have over the years apparently applied a more 'strict' definition of the term Cross-functional. Which is something I of course need to correct :).
Please consider subscribing and sharing. That would really be awesome!
When working with teams then it is super important to be able to create a language around what we're doing, how we're doing it, and WHY we're doing it. Here Cross-Functional often plays an important role.

You might call it a T-shaped cross functional team. Or a redundant cross functional team. Resilient cross functional team.
Or, they wont need a label other than really awesome team…
