loving how your silvers are coming in ... yours is like mine when I was growing it in ... lighter in the front and still darker underneath in the back .. Took 3 years to grow it all out as I did not want to cut off my length .. and now after 10 years when I braid it I can see the dark lol ..
Good luck Jim! I did the cabbage soup diet and lost 18 pounds in 2 weeks. I never want to see cabbage again, but try it - it' good in the beginning. I just don't know about Keto without meat.
Great video guys. Jim I did keto in 2018-2019 and lost 60+ pounds. Then 2020 came and I gained it all back and then some… unless ur doing it for medical reasons it’s not easy to sustain. It works, but short term. Goodluck tho!
Jim tried it before too years ago when it was Atkins! Before we stopped eating meat 🍖 But he’s determined to have a lifestyle change ! I’m feeling positive about it 🤞🏻 He can do it!!
