Just to know, whether it s because of sunscreen.. applied on exposed parts to my hands. Skin dried became scaly nd tanned.. What should I do? It's been days & didn t change. Looks like Neutrogena was harsh on your skin. Try using gentle face wash like cetaphil and calamine lotion
