This game was my shit, hands down definitely one of the best wrestling games of all time.
Im guessing the ratings are like that because of how certain attributes are weighted like strength, it seemed like all the cruiserweights are way lower. Similar to how NBA Live back in the day would have crazy low ratings on some players

This game is still better than most of the Wrestling games today. This is the best O.G. Wrestling game ever, barnone! This game set the standard, every Wrestling that came out since are still being compared to this game, in terms of how fun it is.
yo, remember the first Smackdown vs Raw? Even the main menu was on demon time because I remember you could have Torrie Wilson wearing a bath towel all seductive and ish. Also that regular stunner was perfect to have a transition between stunning and then the actual stunner to serve as the finisher.

This Is very easily the best wrestling game because of the gameplay also the backstage areas was tons of fun love climbing on the pole and riding on the helicopter backstage the season mode was great and It also had cool characters to unlock

Nowadays I love Triple H, but back in the day I absolutely hated how grossly overpowered he tends to be in these games. SvR ‘06 is particularly bad about this, and it brings the game down slightly for me.
Those issues aside, ‘06 is definitely one of my favorites along with No Mercy, 2010, 2k14 and of course the very slept on Day of Reckoning 2.

The thing was at the time for the most part yeah the women were there mainly for the sex appeal but then you had Lita and especially Trish later that provided both, thanks to Fit Finlay who taught the women who came in with only looks to actually wrestler.
