5 lucky fighters got the chance to spar with the G.O.A.T.... Nong-O Gaiyanghadao
Described by man one of the greatest Muay Thai Fighters of all time, we were luck enough to film a seminar from the Nong-O world tour. Nong-O Gaiyanghadaogym, is a Muay Thai fighter currently signed to ONE Championship and is the reigning ONE Bantamweight Muay Thai World Champion.
Nong-O has amassed big wins and scalps against some of the biggest legends in Thai Boxing history namly: Singdam, Fabio Pinca, Liam Harrison, Mehdi Zatout, Pakorn PKSaenchaimuaythaigym, Pornsanae Sitmonchai, Sam-A Kaiyanghadaogym & Lerdsilla.

Got a talented group of Nak Muay's in your gym coming in all shapes and sizes who clearly understand control and what sparring is actually there for wish i could say the same for other gyms out here, some great technical ability and solid fundamentals being put on display here from these students, none of them hesitated and still maintained a level of class and respect which speaks highly of their gym and their trainer, i'm certain Nong O loves seeing this sport being practiced at such a high level from the other side of the world, keep up the good work and good job everyone, Nong O was a great sport and looked happy to be there.

Hahahahah i was gonna comment the same shit. Id rather be sparring nong o than superlek atleast he keeps his power in check

​@@bannabanana6950 Obviously, Superlek doesn't give his 100% kick but maybe Superlek just wants people to experience his fighting style (compared to Saenchai whose tactics don't require lots of strength).

I sparred Superlek, and he kicks at a level that gets your blood pumping lol....if you don't go too hard, generally he won't either
