The 'No parking in the neighborhood' gets me! It's one thing if you buy in a city and expect there to be limited street parking, but I know it's always a red flag when I go into a neighborhood with single-family homes and there's no parking. Usually it's overflow parking from a neighboring TH or apartment complex and then those people make it hard to park in front of your own house. That is a big red flag for me!
The 1st red flag is exactly what is going on in my community. We had a lot of snow birds in our neighborhood, a few of us lived in Florida full time. The 94 yo down the street lost her husband and son within months of each other, she's selling out to move to Ohio where she can be with her daughter. The guy up from her, went into a skilled nursing facility, myself; I bought a travel trailer when I went on social security benefits and plan to travel around the US. However, your red flags is a great video! Good job!
