What format are you exporting to reference on your TV system?
Do all mastering packages for atmos, which have the ADM master and the option to add stereo master, you will also print the binaural stereo free of cost right, or is this service available in the atmos mixing packages and not mastering package?
Binaural stereo files are supplied with all Dolby atmos packages.

Also where did you learn how to use DOLBY ATMOS. I'm trying to find a course or a college that offers a course. Looking at Full Sail University here in the US
You apply what you know about mixing in stereo into Dolby Atmos. It's very similar but you just use objects to pan and there are few other things to learn. You can learn the additional things to know that are Dolby Atmos specific within a day. Maybe I'll start a course to show everyone. I get asked this a lot. In the meantime I'll do a video on this topic and question today so you have a more detailed answer.
I took an AVID course. If I compare how much I had to study to know fundamentals of music production, mixing and mastering, the Dolby Atmos course was as big as all of them together.

This is a great question that in some ways I have answered in the series just not as specific as your question. There's a video where I talk about what I consider our big break as. I avail mixing and mastering services from audio animals but these guys don't know anything about mixing mastering or these guys cheat with their clients. Even these guys don't even guide something wrong or correct in your song so be care full before sending your song with a huge amount of money.
