'Knowledge of the Higher Worlds and its Attainment', by Rudolf Steiner. I read this book 3 times in the late 60's and early 70's. It changed my life until this day. We are all time travelers. What I learned from this book is that 'the mind is a transparent box'. Thought will come, and go. If we attach our focus on a thought, it takes us for a ride. The mind is transparent. Zo, thoughts will come and go. At one point thoughts will dissolve, and what remains is the true self. This is the beginning.......... If thine Eye be single, thy body will be filled with light. Truth. That light is Our Eternal Spirit. Cheers!

It makes sense to me.... to go to an Irish pup for an hour and learn the same thing Steiner teaches about self responding to surprises and reaction. Such a beautiful voice the narrator has.
It’s so incredible to me to find that all of these practices I have implemented instinctively starting a year ago just looking for improvement within myself and here a year later I find that these are all completely in line with what you are describing here.
same here for 10+ years. A simpler identification of the same thing is the recognition and development of correct thinking and the first part of getting to grips with that is the recognition of and removal of historic learned and subconcious bias so that proper evaluations may be made.
I had the privilege to experience the great German Artist Joseph Beuys. I have never experienced such suthenciyicy. He was s student of Rudolf Steiner.iNow I understand. Thank you

I find it very encouraging to know the strange way i stare at things observing them and thinking about all the possible things i could think about small seemingly insignificant things isnt crazy..... Apparently its a practice of mindfulness. I just figured i was insane! 😂😅
