Still no CB750 Hornet? I really wanted one of these but finally gave up and got a Suzuki 8S which I'm more than fine with. After seeing how much power was cut from our Transalp I likely would have chosen the Suzuki anyway.
I'm not sure if the Hornet is ever coming to the States or not. I think they are losing sales opportunities to the Suzuki 8s, like you say. They really don't have anything to compete in that range here.
I was at the dealer in Portugal yesterday they had 6 CB750’s on the floor.
The CB500X got a badge change… it’s now the NX500. Same bike, different fairings and headlight.
No NX500 here in the States, just the Transalp, NC750, and CB500x
@@cruisinwithphil ah yeah. I just checked the Honda website. I’m assuming that we just got the left overs not sold then we’ll get the “NX500”. Kind of annoying that the Japanese companies don’t send us the up to date models here in the states. Still can’t believe we aren’t getting the tenere world raid. I feel like that bike would sell like crazy over here.
@@theeschatechannel2854Why should they when Honda know they can sell many more of a certain model in other geographical locations? The U.S.A. isn’t the #1 in the world anymore. You’ll just have to get used to getting in line.
Another channel said they revamped the 800 to pass emissions and it was coming back along with a cross. Hmm
Still no vfr
I don't think the VFR is expected to ever return, unfortunately.
I certainly miss the VFR, looks similar to a Ducati, but way less maintenance. Honda needs to give us something like a nice Sport Touring like a Kawasaki 1000SX, they had the mighty CBR 1100XX Nighthawk.
