I've finished the game more than 60 times. Definitely the best game I've ever played. i miss you Uncharted 3
I'm replying all the originals right now just beat uncharted drake's fortune and now on among thieves. Looking forward to getting back to 3.
Been playing these since their release and easily my favorite game series ever.
@@LisaAnn777 I just finished 1-3 also. Loved it just as much as I did every other time I played them. 2 and 4 are my absolute favorites, but there's something about Uncharted 3 that is always memorable as well. Mostly the missions. Literally fighting your way out of a sinking ship, and this too. All of the characters are amazing. The only downside for me is that Cutter and Chole are never seen again after a while in the game, but oh well.

Idk the deal about Talbot. He gets shot and lives back in Syria, then you have to shoot him 4 times to just knock him into the sand. What’s the deal with him? Is he some super human?
In syria that was a illusion, Not actually him.

Sorry for late response.
Talbot is an illusionist, hence why he often pulls this kind of tricks.
In Syria he was wearing a bulletproof vest and when he drugged Cutter he probably had a hidden way back so he could "disappear" after getting the journal.
Initially, Uncharted 3's plot should have been different and Talbot was supposed to turn out to be one of the Fire Djinns, but the idea was later scrapped for reasons and they had to come up with an idea to keep Talbot the way he was without however making him a supernatural creature.
Similar to when he drugged Nate. It was in his head. Im 21 and i played the he out if that game 😂
@@dinorex3464 yea it's kinda why i hated the last of us with it first came out because it thought it was responsible for the issues uncharted 3 had( 3 is still my 2nd fav out of the 4 somehow)

The most satisfying final fight in the whole series.
True. I hated Talbot the whole game and i enjoyed to killing him in the end
And with the flick of the wrist and the pull of the trigger-Nate brings down another lost city.
Here's the trick, you'll need to press triangle, circle and square to win this fight, triangle to block his attacks and keep pressing triangle in case you fall of the cliff to grab Talbot's leg, repeatedly press circle to 1) not get stabbed by him when he got the knife near your head 2) bite his hand when you're in a choke-hold position (I kept my controller on my lap to successfully dodge his stabbing and bite his hand)
Then press square when you can to hit him, if you try to wait for him to attack first, the fight won't go anywhere.
All the best, took me couple of tries and gathering information from many videos and comments and ones you've understood the moves you'll likely beat him in a single try :)

Nate never bites his hand, because every time I get to that sequence and I start repeatedly pressing circle Talbot just ends up pushing Nate away which just prolongs the fight indefinitely, any idea to what I should do? I’ve already tried restarting multiple times
@@josemiguelcaballerorestrep2101 hey its been long since i posted this so i don't remember the deets but i guess you are not pressing circle on repeat, place the controller down and try it because that was how it worked for me, let me know if you got it !
Just in case anybody sees this, my game glirched during this and it kept giving me the same fighting sequences over and over. I didnt realize that's what was happening, so i restarted the checkpoint and finished him in about a minute.

@@jakeystarsuperTrue, but it’s Neil Druckman here, although I would say Nate’s rusty since he was retired but bro is still able to take out 1000 soldiers still, but tbf Sully was an Ex-Navy and since he is Nate’s mentor I guess you could say Nate kinda knows a little martial arts, so if it was Amy writing Uncharted 4, Nate would’ve got in a lot of hits into Nadine

A few thoughts about the fight with Talbot.
First of all you'll realize that you can't attack him directly, so he constantly grab Drake. The next things is important. Wrong sequense looks like: Talbot pushes Drake away. Right sequense looks like: Drake bites Talbot's hand. Many people recommend is to press circle as fast as you can. So I practiced about half of hour fight trying different temp of pressing circle and ended my hand is full of pain. Well, that doesn't work never mind how fast you press it. What helps me is to adding square button to this sequense - to pressing circle with right hand (as normal) and pressing square with left hand. So when Talbot grab Drake, my sequense looks like this: after every 4-5 circles pressing I quickly press square with a big finger of the left hand. This works for me, and I finished Talbot on Crushing from the first try of this technique.
5:30 is a bunch of counter attacks
After about an hour of trying, I figured the trick. Put your controller on the couch, or your lap, and spam the O button when he has you in a choke hold. When Nate bites his hand, the game will progress.
Same took me 3 days of tryingbefore i tried this method back in the day
Worked a treat 😊 I spent ages on this guy and just couldn’t do it. Then I tried this and beat him in about a minute.

Not just a run for her money, a straight up ass whooping. Considering Nathan has fought highly trained mercenaries and agents, and if you take in to account his size advantage it would be walk in the park.

NOTE : whoever gets stuck on the part where talbot puts drake in a chokehold and has the knife to his throat, firstly place the controller on a surface (preferably ur lap) and tap O as fast as u can, u can do it faster if the controller is on a surface. if u keep pressing O eventually drake will bite talbots hand

As you say, bit is that the battle against Talbot is meters away in crushing that in any other difficulty, when fighting against the one with the knife ended up killing me every time he cut me with that thing a second time, I couldn't let my guard down and when I got to the part where I had to stopped being stabbed before Sully appears I sigh of relief because it was already over.
And besides, if there are better players then where are the videos of those players? I see that you're good enough.

How do you even dodge the attack where he tries to slice your neck
If you're talking about the attack at 5:54 you have to press triangle when Nate raises his eyebrows.

Naughty Dog are so shit at making boss fights it’s hilarious
Except that wasn’t always the case; if we’re not counting Crash Bandicoot 1, they made some of the best bosses in Crash 2 & 3. They made some of the more mediocre fights in the Uncharted games, with one of their best being Zoran Lazarevic.

That move where he grabs you and presses his knife to your throat is just impossible, does anyone know how to counter that? I've tried everything but it leads to me getting slashed or the animation bugging.
When it's crushing or brutal mode you have press the circle button very hard and quickly unlike the easier difficulties where you just can press it lightly.
Just keep mashing circle until sully shoots talbot

That's not crushing! At the end when you were struggling, the circle thing popped up! Fake.
It's on Crushing, you can tell when I get hit at 5:38. The circle button pops up regardless even on Brutal. If the difficulty was on anything easier than Crushing there'd be button prompts during the fight.

Most peoplw talk bad about Uncharted 3 and the Talbot boss fight, but this is as real as it gets. Some normal man who is a maniac trying to slice you up and kill you with a knife. I truly think Talbot was the most dangerous villain in terms of his skills and not just brute strength. Not saying the others werent amazing villians but a guy who gets shot, scams you, disappears, drugs you and your friends and plays mental torture games, thats a diffenre kind of villian. Definitely the Anti-Drake
