Hello. Very good video, but you dont need to remove the upper cover and the fan. 1:16 to 2:52. You can remove the fixunit without removing the upper cover, just remove the gears on the fixunit.
Was having a heck of a time getting that gear at 2:58 out until I realized he was holding the cartridge door shut with his other hand, rotating the gears to the right position.
Clean or replace the rollers in case of paper jamming problem. Replace toner cartridges if the copy has lines or is dirty. However, these complaints can also be caused by any problems with the fuser unit. So, check the fuser unit as well.

We have 5 of these at work, they are great work horses. What all maintence should we do to them?
