This needs to be the NUMBER 1 RESULT when searching this topic. So many people give unknowingly TERRIBLE ADVICE for 'jumping' the battery. If you don't know, you don't know, but this needs to be explained to the masses. 👌 Best video on the topic I've seen. Thanks Brother! 😊😁
When you point "my ryobi video here" there's nothing there for some people, you should put the links below your video. BTW that dewalt boost trick also works if you use a 9v battery to boost the battery that's not charging. At least that's what I used. All I did was touch the connectors 2-3 times and it worked. Meaning I didn't even leave them connected for 5 seconds
@@dosdont Nice! Makes sense, as long as it's direct current and less than the 20v but more than the state of charge when it's dead. I'll keep that idea in mind next time! Thanks for the heads up on the link in the video not working. It was my first time messing with that feature. I think I got it working now. It's around the 2:10 mark. If you've got a second to spare and could confirm that you see it I would be so grateful! 🍻🍻🍻
@@HomeBatteryBank No it's not working, I don't think it's you though, I use an ad blocker and I think it blocks that. Anyway it's still a good idea to put links both where you're pointing and below your video. Not a big deal for me as I see it to the right of your video in the TH-cam recommendations.
I'm in a different position I've built a battery pack and it's like my 10+ but this one for some reason when I plug it in even though all the batteries are fully charged it blinks one on the charger red flash and then nothing run the multimeter across and it's 20.4 volts so fully charged do you have any idea what this could be please
So i jumped the battery. That got me a little juice and the charger started charging it. But when I went back to check it an hour later there was no light on the charger. I tried a few times to get it going again and nothing. Tried 3 different chargers and none of them will charge it. The light blinks as soon as you put it on but nothing after that. Haven't put a meeter on it yet but what do you think.
Also I did the fart thing with one of my regular dewalt batteries that I was having problems with and that worked. It's now charging. But looking inside this flexvolt 6ah I'm not sure i can do it 😂
hi i have a champion genarator the situation, I gave it a tuneup over a year ago and put in storage, I put gasoline and tried to crank it but it won’t start. I’m not mechanically inclined so I don’t know what to check for but it’s got to be something simple any clues pr anything you can help me with

@@dosdont Thank you for checking. Much appreciated! I added the link to the description anyways, just in case. Have a good one!
@@HomeBatteryBank 👍🏻
Thanks, good info! 🤙
Thanks for watching!
