If you had posted earlier in the year, I would have taken the chance to make an order. Right now I have a proffie Shin Hati weathered hilt on order and just received my proffie Baylan Skoll weathered hilt from a Saber Vendor, who themselves is just starting out selling lightsabers. As it is, I'd have to wait until next year to make a purchase of this quality.

They always make version one. Remember that small pixelated image of version two in 05 06 on google images? More rose gold and white I think the color way was.
I think the original idea was that lightsabers were only used by the jedi. Palpatine alludes to this in RotJ by telling Luke to take his 'Jedi weapon' and strike at him in anger. But then the prequels happened and Lucas gave everyone lightsabers.
