What is this proper sterile dressing? In my surgery posting i have learned daily thorough wash and open dressing required. Without any topical applicants how to do open dressing . Sterile proper dressing means wash with ns and padding. If that is the case patient has to come to hospital everyday to do sterile proper dressing for so called 5 percent grade 1 burn.
