I agree. The thing is that most of my generation sucks, and a majority of them don't even think about owning an instrument. I'm glad I didn't fall into the trap known as Pop and Rap... or at least not completely.
@@spawnvonchevon997 your generation sucks,l mean, our generation sucks because people don't hear the same stuff that we hear?or there is some other reasons? By the way,you said that this was the your favorite and only foo fighters song that you heard, considering that 3 months have passed,do you have a new favorite one?
@@spawnvonchevon997 I feel u man music now isn’t that good, don’t get me wrong I like rap but every other rap song sounds the same can’t find much that I like, but old rock n grunge slaps tho
Gotta say this era of FF was probably my favorite. Dave was super raw with his vocals & showed solid emotion during live sets. Also was the record that really set in stone that these guys were here to stay for the long haul.
The tone on that vintage Dan Armstrong is incredible. It was way ahead of its time. I had a chance to play on one that a friend had in college. The sustain on that thing would not stop.
When I was 11-12, (the years when music takes hold of kids when they’re figuring out their identity and tastes) I would watch a compilation of The Foos on Jools from The Colour and The Shape up to In Your Honor on Comcast’s On Demand. This performance of All My Life was like a drug for me, and still is to this day. I would replay it habitually just to get my fix, rocking out in the apartment I lived in at the time. It’s what inspired me to pick up guitar. Rest Easy Taylor. All Time Favorite Band
One of my favourite performances on 'Later with Jools' and that's saying something, considering the number of world-class performances there have been over the 3 decades+ the programme's been on. Such a contrast to all the lip synch and backing tape crap that you get on most shows nowadays! It's hard to beat good live music! :)
So close to the original, wonderful... My favorite Foo Fighters song ever... Side note, I used this song in Halo showing my head shots in the "Done Done, on to the next one" section. Sadly it's not up anymore.
Every kid with an electric guitar needs to watch this.

@@kakashihatake6176 I meant it's the only one I know on guitar. I guess I forgot to put that in.

This song legit made me pick up an electric guitar. Now I'm in a band, we play this song, and I even use an Ampeg Dan Armstrong like Dave did
God I remember when "All my Life" was released. Fucking game changer.
this and rages killin in the name was responsible for my abrupt ejection from many nite clubs!!
Brilliant song along with Low. The rest of it was dross unfortunately. Horrible album. The b sides were 100% better than the rest of this LP.
Truly!!!
R.I.P. Taylor. One of the greatest rock drummers. God speed. See you on the other side
❤

this song is one of the best bangers in rock history!!!!
It's Shifty's favorite
Wow, holy shit, they had so much goddamn energy, I can feel the energy they put through the song, especially from Dave grohl. Amazing
2:50 man the sound coming out of that guitar🎸!!! Still the best. Everytime
3:42 that bass tho
It always amazed me that any Foo was left to fight after this.
3:21 eargasm 😌🤘🏾
This is the best Foo Fighters song. It's also the first and at the moment only Foo Fighters song I know on guitar.
Which ones you got down now?
Nate Mendel is killing it right here
Indeed!
Always does
I noticed that too, you can really hear some of his sweet bass riffs in this mix.
Yeah! This is the first time i've heard the bass so clearly!

You can go and have a bite and you'll still be hearing that one.
Good old Foo Fighters.. extreme sports rock!
Still stunning, all these years later, WOW!
Fuck. Nate’s bass lines are amazing
This is sooooo freaking good. I think this is one of their live performances of this song.
This be the shizzle........dizzle
just superb.....
3:21 eargasm 😌🤘🏾
12 years old when this song came out still listen to it now 🎸🥁
Hehe, I miss real raw music :' D
Great song with simple riff.. It like smell like teen spirits, great song with simple chord..
RIP Taylor!!!
Hits the spot every time...thanks
Freakin' looooove this! Awesome live performance!😍😍😜😜👅👅

I actually much prefer Grohl's vocals to Kobain's. His screams are so fucking iconic, I don't think he knows how good of a singer he is
Simple the best
Was that crowd sedated? Wtf man? FF tore the goddamn roof off that place.
was thinking exactly the same, what a wank crowd. Saw them live in 2018 and we were bouncing!
It’s a big sterile TV studio, not a sweaty gig. Bit hard to lose your mind in that kind of setting right?
@@Ben_Mdws No, were you part of the crowd?
I saw them at the Ted Constant about this time. One of the best shows ever nearly 20 years later!
The power of the foo fighters like how did they go from this to giant arenas😢🙏🏻🫶🏻😫😩😭🥺
That snare drum 🥁!
Amazing still.... thks
Love this song
this blows my head
Feelin continental when I eat French toast
awesome
I was 22 years old when this aired lol
i was a fetus when this happened damn good ol days
Fancy seeing you here, Mike Patton.
just superb.....
Perfect
Vocals are INSANE here!
sound tech is brilliant
@khaldon24 its a studio audience not a club, they have to be still

Is it me or was the live production more real sounding then - not over done?
Drum stick at 4:06
One of the best live performances of anything ever... Not a massive foo fan but fuck me they totally nailed this...
damn look how young that guy in the middle looks!? they are killin' it here!
I saw them on this tour. Played all the 90s classics. I don't think they liked this album so made up for it with the bangers.
wow
RIP Taylor 😢
Are they miming it or are they just that tight?
How are people not rocking TF out in that crowd lol. Saw some ppl and they r just sitting there lol.
Totally agree
I was 3 months old when this happened
Fin Roe I was 3 months and 18 days old
Lies and porkipies :)
Thanks for making me feel old lol
I was born 2 months before
awesome to see great rock still interesting the youth
At 3.22 ... moshpit in my lounge !!!!
Their best performance of this ...back when Dave could actually sing the whole song properly
Fuck that was good
The chick in the green bobbin like a fool😂😂🤣
daves guitar is transparent lol i just realized that
A song about cunni lungus. 95' til forever!!
So this is where Freaky Friday got their inspiration from
this cracked me up ahahahaha
I wonder how many people realize he was the drummer in Nirvana
3982 views... WTF
Chris "Jumpy" Shifty
Always thought this song was one chorus too long. Should have ended it on the “done, done, on to the next one”
No way man. The pay off after the last chorus is the best bit!
Hugh Jackman's a great singer, who knew
I love this song. The climax of it is a perfect example of kurt influence.
Pobre Dave no tenía ni idea que 20 años después encontraría a su compa Taylor muerto por sobre dosis.
The bass player always looks like he’s moving in slow motion 😂
Rest in hell taylor
4:04 i see that stick drop hawkins
Can someone explain why Dave looks like cris angel😂
This band does not dress cool
Foo Fighters suck!
what a boring crowd.. maybe they dont know the song. damn!!!
Muslimshady Stash it's a TV studio set
