You had nothing on the Acomb pub guy (but a mere rumour) and you smashed his celler up, yet the guilty silent Brother ??? Nothing done... so far xX And he is the one you DO have evidence on. You even now have evidence of him evading. Did he give a statement? Did he lie?? Was Dan Whitehand his alibi by chance ?!!! OMG. That is it. I bet those three were each others alibis...YES !!!!!!!! Check that fact. Cracked it ! As all three were on Heworth Road. Where exactly (on record) did they say they were?

No. If they are looking they will find it here. And if they can't do anything about it then at least the public can decide for themselves... as that is what a jury is comprised of.... the public. Everyone can see which shitbags are not worthy of trust... or should ever be in any position that requires 'Duty Of Care' to the public.

They cant do anything based on any single REAL piece of real evidence... or multiple REAL PIECES of evidence they can only work off rumours. So start a rumour about the real evidence and there may be action.
I would harbor a guess that they didn't know it was the Newcastle brothers (ie Dan Whitehand's crew... ) yet they knew it was 'brothers' by a local rumour... and seeing as though there were bigger fish to fry (ie. The local 'Ruane' brothers... or 'Horwells' even) then that was the local port of call... which they pushed with little evidence other than the 'brothers rumour.' And the addiction to TV appearances. The BBC covering this and dragging out this crime may have been a cover-up for 'lets call it' the BBC upper echelon charity worker and Royalty they were trying to keep out of the news. And now that those two have been de-throned and dealt-with maybe Claudia's killers can be pursued rather than the media license payer merry-go-round media farce of... (hands in the air) ...Scooby-Do stories... And I'm awaiting the 'Whitehand Brothers' saying "If it wasn't for those pesky TLD kids we'd have gotten away with it." Roll Credits.

Excellent as your work is, I am finding it increasingly difficult to understand how a group of people, drinking buddies, managed to conspire, and carry out multiple less than wholesome deeds, as well as keep it secret. And, the majority of folk, including myself, for a while, have been conned into thinking it was only Claudia who died that night. One still cannot figure out the motivation, even if "Hell knows no greater fury, than the wrath of a woman scorned." This case shows a hundred times more anger than that. Surely, there was more to it than just a couple of affairs with married men? Was Claudia some kind of sacrifice?
Claudia seems to have been sweet, friendly, and someone well brought up, who lived a basically normal life, other than, her love of socializing. How is it possible to find so much evil on one street? In Yorkshire no less? Nothing ordinary about this crime, it smacks of some kind of cult like involvement, possibly drugs, satanism, and/ or cover-up. Complex components, obviously, there has been some kind of cover-up when Police have nothing to show for fifteen years of investigation, not to mention cost, man-power, time and errors. Why no prosecution? Why has the public been kept in the dark, while the media had a 'field day', flaunting her, true or false reputation, and tormenting her family, but mentioned nothing about other aspects of the crime that would totally have changed the perception of those interested in seeing it solved?
Heartbreakingly sad, especially to anyone who has ever loved a child. As more and more information is revealed one is forced to consider what kind of a monster master-minded this crime. and continues to get away with murder, without so much as a slap on the hand? The public is being put at risk when such individuals can get away with such crimes, as though it is normal to do so.
