    Politically speaking, immigrants are the last on the list of priorities. People simply don’t care. I wouldn’t say it’s racism as you see it, but certainly for some people it is. I’m waiting to see what happens, holding my judgement until I see the results.

      Few days ago I.C.E. agents deported a guy living in Boston with 17 criminal convictions and a known gang member status from Haiti. His charges were acquited by sanctuary city.
      Shut up.

      @ it’s been 9 days lol. So far we are seeing out of status or undocumented individuals being deported. It is how they said it would be. I feel bad for these people but unless congress opens some gates for these people it’s just an unfortunate consequence.
      I wonder what all these people will do once they get back to their home countries. I guess the criminals will be criminals still and the regular people just seeking a better life will struggle to get jobs with the influx of people. I hope their governments help them integrate back into their economy.
      One thing I wasn’t a fan of was the reports of no water or food on these removal flights. If that’s true I hope they accommodate and treat them like humans. Because they are.

      Just for your knowledge, immigration is a major contributor to the US economy, as it expands the labor force, increases consumer spending, and creates jobs. Immigrants also start new businesses, pay taxes, and contribute to the US economy :)

    • @TupacUS711
      @TupacUS711 12 วันที่ผ่านมา +6

      Immigration is the backbone of America. Just skip immigrants from US for a day and there will be an extreme misery. You can't underestimate the contribution of immigrants to the development of US. Just support legal immigration.

    • @niraj666
      @niraj666 12 วันที่ผ่านมา +4

      The main reason US is thriving is because immigrants are able to work low-paying jobs be it cleaning job or labor job or even IT jobs. White americans won’t do this because they want much higher paychecks that means that cost will be passed onto customers, so that increases economic inflation in the country. Already, every service is much expensive in the US compared to the developing countries. Neither business can pay you high salaries to be able to survive nor can you buy an expensive product - not even costlier groceries!

    When you say everything is going to slow down, what’s is the point in hiring immigration attorneys? Reducing clients for immigration attorneys and dull business

    • @reclusenz
      @reclusenz 13 วันที่ผ่านมา +4

      Because it is a lot easier to sue the USCIS with one.
      I have been through the process successfully without one, and received my 10 year green card in November 2024.
      It took ~ 15months start to finish (here in NYC) However that being said, the sheer amount of paperwork that needs to be filled out correctly to the minute detail is quite astonishing, not to mention arranging all the evidence for USCIS.
      If I had to do it all over again (especially now) I would definitely hire an immigration attorney.
      Think of it this way - would you represent yourself in court, chances are probably not.

Am working to get the case dismissed even before going to court and it probably will, but now, will it affect My case? The problem was after 5 years of Me living here and it's not even a truthful charge, I might even get some $ outvof the state because of police perjury against Me..but I Am just worried about My case..what is ur input about it? MyUscis says that My case will be deciden in 2 months so Am on the finish line..
