You could sand or chisel out the area where the lead body sits so everything is at the same plane. Great video. I love how many wire bending experts there are out there...a lost art.
It's called the Little Blue Bender. Home depot won't have it. Try Lure Parts Online, Barlow's Tackle or Janns Netcraft. They are all online sellers of lure making supplies
Mehh, spend an extra $75 an get a Boggs Tacklemaker instead. Can do the same thing as this, but can also do a lot more. This piece is cheap, but your stuck with only doing those bends. I would actually get a Twist Tech but they're always out of stock everywhere.

A whole new meaning for going on a bender
Where can you get the wire and what size wire is best?
Straight shafts from Barlows, Jands or Lurepartsonline. I like the American Fishing Wire rolls too. For spinnerbaits between .030 and .040 is good
This is for bending wires for lures?
hey nice info what did you spray your mold with ?
Frankford Arsenal Drop Out

Hello, a question, what's the diameters for both pins? Thanks'
Have to go from memory, I passed it on to another lure maker. I'm thinking 2 mms? Wish I could give you a better answer.
Where did you find it at?
Either ebay or Amazon, but leaning toward ebay.
Why not router out a groove where the lead body sits?
Yeah, that's what I should have done lol. Thanks for stopping by!
Good information Dave! I'm looking forward to more. I'm going to try to get a video uploaded tonight. I hope you'll catch it! ;)
I'll watch for it! Thanks for checking my channel out!
Just drill out a depression in the chip board for the lead head to level the wire.
Well....duh. Great suggestion!
