You should try Syd Mac's coloring book challenge! Build and buy the home ONLY using white swatches, and then go back in and choose the colors, but the items can't be swapped out.
I feel too akward commenting building suggestions, but this is a really cool build. The industrial loft kit is one of my favorites so it's nice to see it getting some love.

Id love to see possibly an apartment for a couple who wasn’t expecting a child as soon as they had one? Wether they became the legal guardian of one of their siblings, they found the kid they wanted to adopt, or they surprisingly got pregnant! Vibes of young adults in the styling with kids/toddler toys around the place and a small room since they were planning on the kids
id love to see an apartment reno of one of the large apartments ( like 888 spire or the alto apartments ) or even a penthouse! or a community lot like restaurant, internet cafe, etc on one of the penthouse lots !!!
can you show me how to get loft area for bedroom lower than livingroom, ? so instead of put platform to make it higher, we purposely drag the other area become lower. i get confused whether to use platform or just make it lower than the other. but the consequency is i have to use a ladder to make it more natural.
I love the industrial Loft Kit :D The Apartment looks so cozy with the brickwalls and the warm brown colors from the Loft kit. I would Like to life there :) I Just figured out that the white swatches of it looks really good with a maritime Styled Lighthouse- House ...? Sounds odd but I Hope you know What I mean xD

U shaped kitchen I think are my favourite layout, they're just something about the smaller space makes it feels so cosy ☺

I've done them a few times - just not super often as I don't really enjoy the bigger apartments usually.
