Midong Apartment in Seodaemun-gu, Seoul is a residential and commercial complex that was completed in 1969. Currently, it has the lowest basement level and the highest level is 8 floors above ground. B1-2 floors are used as shopping malls, and 3 floors above ground are used as apartments. Even though it was built a long time ago, it has an elevator.
Chungjeong Apartment, built in 1937, is sometimes called the oldest apartment in Korea. Chungjeong Apartment is the old green building across from the Dong-A Ilbo headquarters. It is an old building that is well over 80 years old.
Seosomun Apartment is a very old apartment that was completed in 1991. This apartment was built on a river called Manchocheon Stream, which is not straight and bent when viewed from both ends. It is said that it was built according to the shape of the river. Seosomun Apartment is a seven-story building. There are restaurants and cafes on the first floor, and apartments on the second floor. It can be called a kind of residential-commercial apartment.
