I have sebderm as well; it started off as dry and red skin along my T-zone, and even though I apply my ointment as prescribed, it spread to my scalp over time. The reason why I spend so much time getting ready to go out is because I pick out all the visible flakes... Thank you for sharing these videos with us. They help me cope with my own sebderm a bit more. 😊

(For those in need) Hello, guys. I had the same condition for almost 3 years. I actually had it since I was maybe 11 years old, now I am 24, but never as severe as it was now, in the past year. I would strongly recommend a liquid substance called "Dermovate" in my country, which is Romania. I could't believe how fast I got rid of that heavy, heartless dandruff. Mine was almost as severe as Pita's is. I only used it for 4 days perhaps. Got it recommended by someone, as well. Good luck!

When I do this my scalp gets moist like there’s some kind of plasma coming out my pores and if it drys it turns into scab like yellow stuff ?? I’ve tried putting peroxide water after doing this and it was satisfying to see it fizzling all the plasma away then I shower after and put some leave in scalp moisturizer
I'm sure you've tried everything but in case you haven't yet you might want to give SAL3 a try it's a salicylic acid and sulfur soap that helps with psoriasis
Also Pita, try doing this, mix yoghurt henna turmeric indigo amla and tea tree oil, with coconut oil and water, let sit for 24 hrs. It with stain your hair but it will get rid of the flakes.
Theoretically - if you stopped scraping your flakes for a while, would your scalp be less sensitive so you can treat it with something? Also, do you use shampoo for a sensitive scalp or does it not matter either way? Are there things that make your scalp worse?

The redness you see is not due to irritation whatsoever, it is a rash caused by seborrheic dermatitis. When he scrapes the dead skin cells from the surface the rash underneath becomes visible.
