I used to have this problem. My scalp would bleed from scratching the scales/plaques. I had to get shots in my scalp. Finally, my insurance approves me for Humira. Less than a month, that mess was gone. Hasn't come back after years.
I deal with dry scalp everyday but not as bad as yours. I notice mine gets worse when I eat breads, yeast items. I always worried what people are thinking and do what I can to hide it. I applaud you for being confident enough to show your dry scalp on camera. I hope your able to find a remedy that controls it.

My husband's gets bad during weather changes and when he's sick. Yea it's crazy. I can tell when he's getting sick by the way his skin looks and how flaky he is lol. So if he's lying I know hahahaha

I do however have videos of my son's scalp and me picking his head. I never thought I'd be recording his either. I hate to say this, but I hope his scalp doesn't get as bad as yours! 😞
