@@johnwhitworth1328 You're very fortunate. As a physician I cared for vaccinated and unvaccinated folks with COVID in the hospital during the height of the pandemic. In my experience the unvaccinated patients usually were hospitalized longer (ICU etc) or died (even younger patients) and the vaccinated folks (even elderly) usually faired better (shorter hospital stays, not requiring ICU). But to each his/her own.

Got the vaccine because I was listening to the media and hearing all these different kind of covid variants out there. If I could go back knowing what I know now. Not a chance in hell I would have got the jab. With my age and what I know it was absolutely pointless. That is just me though.

mRNA-1273 vaccine-associated myocardial injury was adjudicated in 22 participants (2.8%).
One in 35 recipients (2.8%) had vaccine-associated myocardial injury
Of the 777, 2 women had chest pain

Twenty cases occurred in women
Two in men
Hs-cTnT-elevations were mild and only temporary.
No patient had ECG- changes,
none developed major adverse cardiac events within 30 days

I got myocarditis from a virus when I was 19 and in peak physical shape. Sent to hospital and everything, thankfully recovered. Took 3 shots of the Covid vaccine and nothing happened. From my personal experience I’m way more wary of viruses/diseases than vaccines

Cardiac arrest is not the same as heart attack. Most ppl will survive a heart attack but chances of surviving a cardiac arrest is very slim.

i think you have that backwards. heart attacks are caused by a blood blockage in the arteries. cardiac arrest means the heart stops. the heart can be restarted on the spot. an artery blockage cannot.

Everyone in my family is fully vaccinated! My 20 year old son suffered from pericarditis twice last year in two different physed classes. The cardiologist ruled out any possibility that could be due to the COVID-19 vaccine. However, the second time he was taken to the emergency room because he had passed out, the emergency room nurse told me that they were seeing an increase in men in his age group who coming in the emergency room with cardiac issues. He told me that he believes that it was due to the COVID-19 vaccine, but doctors were unwilling to say it. I believe vaccines save lives, yet I am a bit worried for my fully vaccinated family!
