Toya needs business advice from Kandi. Dont nobody counts Kandi's money but Kandi no matter who she brought what for. You get a real restaurant manager. Set rules and boundaries. You do inventory everyday. You create rewards and consequences for good and bad outcomes and stick to it. You are dealing with an addict. You cant expect them to know better. You cant open a business and expect it to run itself. Thats why we can not avoid school. School gives us the tools to achieve our goals.
Well said and even Kandi herself doesn't have good boundaries with her staff. I am in business and it's incredibly tough

That's the best thing Toya momma did was have Toya...I hate to say it..but it's usually mother's like Toya's Mom that have the best children...I don't know what it is...they have the best children...I've seen it with my own eyes...they kids love them to death and they ain't even changed the child's diaper...lol...and they kids do everything for them...I swear...I've seen it over and over

@Niama Cathey yes. Developmentally, many parents have not reached their maturity... Stress.. trauma.. etc contributes to it...and I think she is doing a good by her mom.. So emotional. The thing is Mom has a great daughter... cause she is staying to help..

Toya created spoiling her mom this is why her mom will always expect her to carry her with her needs and responsibilities yes she should help her mom the same way her mom brought her up but don’t get to greedy give your mother her allowance a month so she can get wat she needs a month if she blows it that’s on her but still help her she needs support to stay clean and off drugs... from her loved ones

Aww, Toya. You gotta learn. You can't give your mom the world when she doesn't know how to manage her own household yet. You can't keep doing for her expecting that she'll learn to do for herself. Stop buying her everything and paying her bills. That's the only way she'll learn to be grateful for what she has.
Family knows how to play on your weaknesses...but in a way where you think you did something wrong or makes you feel bad for having your own lifestyle.
Family will just drain you if you let them damn ! I felt that because I’m the parent to my mom & it’s so hard because you want to help so bad it’s hard to set boundaries with your own mother 🙏🏾💙🤦🏽♀️ wish her and her family the best hopefully moms get it together

I think she honesty dont know how to. She has never really been an adult.She was in the streets a long time due to her drug problem. What they say she been clean like 2 years and she's 54. I sure Toya only want what's best for her mom but she cant always be there to save her. Hard to watch someone you care about be out there like that. They are in hell and there nothing you can do. My loved one died in that state. At least Ms. Anita trying she just need to learn more life skills and maybe do therapy.
