It's a calming feeling seeing a static shot of an old game environment that you had explored as a kid like this, realizing that it's always remained there, sitting empty and quietly, for decades after your adventures there as a kid had ended. These renders are absolutely amazing. I really miss the days when 3d art and electronic music like this was bleeding edge and the true potential of computers and the internet was still unknown. The 1990s was a very exciting time to be alive.
