I love that AOT has "Attack on Titan: Junior High", and now we have KNY's "Kimetsu Academy" It goes to show how insanely popular highschool parodies/alternate universes that are tied to these kind of animes
Kimetsu academy is made because its technically a real thing. Its kinda like a spinoff, but on their reincarnations. He was just expanding upon it. But the giyuu tengen rengoku kyogai and most of the teachers are correct.
Rengoku is one of the few good teachers that is actually willing to help students. I bet he takes great time to study their files so he can teach in a way that every student can understand and doesn't have trouble with.
Characters I await eagerly: Yoriichi And the actual Kimetsu No Yaiba cast running into a demon who transports them to this reality, because that... Would be absolutely pog, if I do say so myself.
If Muzan is a politician trying to conquer Japan, it would be cool if Kimetsu Academy kept to the original canon. Like, in the original canon, Yoriichi showed up, defeated Muzan and he started getting scared of him. It would be nice if in Kimetsu Academy in the past, Yoriichi was one of those quiet students who got good grades and stayed out of trouble and Muzan was an exiled troublemaker from the Ubuyashiki family who lived alone and lived stealing belongings from a huge inheritance. Because of that, he treated everyone with contempt and was mean to students and teachers and he was a martial arts master and was a senior while Yoriichi was still a freshman. Muzan had a gang of strong henchmen who were paid by him to be cruel to the other students so that Muzan would earn a reputation for respect. So Yoriichi was once intimidated by one of Muzan's henchmen and then Muzan's henchman tried to punch Yoriichi but Yoriichi dodged and punched his opponent hard that threw him away. Then Yoriichi left and then, seeing his brother Michikatsu in Kendo classes, Yoriichi decided to join because he found it interesting. Yoriichi could take gardening lessons at school because he also likes things like that and so he met Uta there and they started dating and she always used to talk too much but Yoriichi liked that about her and she always knew what Yoriichi thought. And then one day one of Muzan's henchmen was about to harass Uta but Yoriichi was able to stop him in time. Uta was fine and thanked Yoriichi and then he got angry because he realized that his girlfriend was another target of Muzan's cruelties. Realizing that he could no longer leave the Academy under the Muzan control, Yoriichi decided to begin his onslaught against Muzan. Then, some time passed and then every time some of Muzan's henchmen tried to do something cruel, Yoriichi would appear and demonstrate his Kendo skills, causing fear in several of Muzan's henchmen because of his enormous strength and skill, making the second most feared student at the academy, second only to Muzan. When they saw Yoriichi, everyone trembled because of his power and the guys who flirted with Uta stopped because they knew she was Yoriichi's girlfriend. However, Yoriichi was very friendly and kind so he became a very popular student at the academy and his communication skills improved and he even became good friends with Kagaya Ubuyashiki and his girlfriend Amane, and discovered his relationship with Muzan. Annoyed that he has been overshadowed by someone as inferior as Yoriichi, Muzan decides to confront him on the way out of school after everyone leaves. Muzan says that Yoriichi is pathetic and ridiculous and that he would try to have fun with Uta after their fight, Yoriichi remains unshaken because he doesn't feel offended because he thinks Muzan a weak and an honorless man who hides behind his money and strength but he is nothing but a fearful little boy. Muzan gets angry so he decides to punch Yoriichi but he was at a level that Muzan didn't understand, Yoriichi's blows were so good and incredible that even using a wooden kendo sword, Muzan still felt a lot of pain and even felt some of his bones breaking because of their fight. Tamayo who was a reluctant follower/girlfriend of Muzan at the time, saw this with wonder and hope upon realizing that that monster was finally defeated. Muzan is then filled with fear of Yoriichi and leaves quickly and he is never seen again. Yoriichi, upon graduating, married Uta and they started living away from the city and started living as farmers and Yoriichi was shocked to find that Muzan became Politician and his brother Michikatsu supported him.
