An entry-level home is 650? You mean this is for the married couple with a kid that want to buy for the first time- and they’re working where nearby? A high tech company or some sort of local engineering firm? Best of all, will they be able to insure the house?

All really good questions. We mentioned some of them as well in our other videos. Currently, people who are retiring are moving into some of those homes, as well as people who are moving from other parts of the country due to the heat. We are seeing couples in their 30's buying homes here as well. Usually they have saved for some time. Usually, when so many people want to live in a place that makes the prices increase. That is what has happened in Ventura County since Covid. It will be interesting to see what happens with Ojai and Oak View.

Yes, we felt the same way when we moved out here. However, we really do love living here and having so many choices for free activities to do year round. I think that is why so many people move here.
