1. Open file location on Hamsterball game. 2. There are several files including Hamsterball, open RaceData. 3. Change the time (Only Beginner and Cascade) and additional race time (pretty much Intermediate to Impossible, and beside the two-line shaped parentheses.) you want. 4. You should save the changes before you close the app. 5. Open Hamsterball (If you have opened it earlier, just click the icon on taskbar.) 6. Enjoy your unlimited (not really umlimited) race time.

I played it on old laptop, the possibility opening the game without stuck at loading is 60% I remember opening it and im scared because the game stucks at the loading and the music is still running, I cant do anything to quit, so I restarted my laptop

This was the gold version of the game, If I'm correct that's the only version available now. Sorry if this is a dumb answer, but I'd check it out!
