    Great, calming and practical approach during crisis, whether it be a global crisis, or sometimes just one's personal crisis. As a sales trainer, i showed the video, then made my own, relevant to our market, of choices & consequences for buyer & seller, similar to another one of your, Peter's, videos about choices when asked 'should I sell before I buy'. Thanks once again for talking us through it!

    This is amazing. Being the transformer really is like being a gift. Listening to people and their concerns gives them the space they likely don't have any where else. Usually After they voice their concerns they themselves will walk thru and out of them. And just by talking about them will make them disapear.

    This is exactly what I needed to hear this morning. I have had buyers and sellers cancel or limit showing times either out of fear or necessity as more and more people are being asked to work from home. Calling to check in on everyone will help eliminate fear and be a calming force to many. Be safe and healthy everyone.

    I thank you for your thoughts and words during this time. You are spot on. The outcome is the crucial point. I am able to let that go, because I have other sources of income. Honestly, if I did not it would possibly be difficult, but either way it is so necessary to let go as I believe the flow will only come from letting go of the outcome.

    Good advice. People are fearful and don't want advice regarding a pandemic from a Real Estate Professional. Go out and do some good while you have some extra time, that is another way to help your community when they are feeling down and out!

    Very sound advice. It seems all emotions truly fall under one of two categories. Love or Fear and it's a great time to keep our love light on and listen to those in fear. Stay calm and Ninja on.

    I was out with buyers this weekend and I was not alone at all. In one open house there was 5 agents and their buyers. They must of had 12 showings. I know they received 3 offers and it was 1 day old. When I showed homes I sent the message my clients and I would have gloves on, I also put them in the basket at my listing. I just showed everyone we were taking precaution.
