I just got my copy of this game today and though I love the presentation and way it works, it is brutally difficult to win! I noticed that to, however you beat them by more than one so it didn't effect the outcome. If you look at the dusk/dawn token, there are actually icons to remind you about this. But anyway, great play-through.
I was so excited when I got the Lost Expedition and after numerous defeats and NO win I eventually sold it. This reskin looks similarly hard, so even though I love Dredd this is an easy pass for me. Thanks for the video!
You do realize that between extremely hard and easy there are infinite possibilities, right? Something does not need to be on one end or the other, there is the middle ground.
My favorite solo games have the OPTION to be very hard. It seems foolish to have a game that starts at super difficult and goes to impossible. Sadly, we made that exact mistake with Salvation Road, our first released design. Hopefully never again.
One Stop Co-op Shop I can recommend the original, particularly with the expansion. It's mostly the same, but obviously with a different theme and the line of cards builds up differently. The expansion adds some module-like expansions for some variety.
@@OneStopCoopShop There's 4 modules in the expansion for the original game. In the base game all locations were face up and had no effects, but The Mountain has you place most of them face down, and some of them have effects (a little more basic than the locations in Judge Dredd but it works). The Mark adds cards that can turn an adventurer into a werewolf The Fountain Of Youth adds some adventure cards (which I won't spoil because it's an interesting surprise!) Oh absolutely. I mention that near the start. The only new mechanics I know of are the radiation and the psychic ability. But I love the Dredd theme, so I’m not complaining ;)

Neither one is an easy experience. Well, except in this playthrough ;)
Whats the point of having easy games...? You would get bored of it quickly and it would start collecting dust. Solo games need to be tough IMO
