SIMPLIFYING THE BERIMBOLO //
In this video I want to debunk one of the biggest myths in BJJ - The Berimbolo is hard, the berimbolo is for flexible people, etc.
I want to simplify the berimbolo and show that anybody of any age, dexterity level, skill level, or fitness level CAN DO the berimbolo.
The berimbolo is easier than it looks and even if you don't use it, you should know it to defend it.
