Didn't know about training giving an energy boost, thats handy to know!! I like to colour code my staff with their uniforms e.g. treatment staff in green that way if I need to find a member of staff for something I can pinpoint quickly staff with the skills I need.
I've been playing without looking up any tips and tricks but finally caved after having so many ghosts! 😂 I came from Sims so I designed my hospital like how an actual hospital would look like. Didn't know about medicine cabinets and other stat-boosting items. Spent all my kudosh on decor instead! OH NO
Oh no!!! Medicine cabinets are key buuut not too expensive kudosh wise. Hope my tips help!! Annoyingly hospital isn’t really the game to make things look realistic but Campus is if you wanna try that out! You can get by in hospital making this look fantastic it’s just you tend to put yourself at a disadvantage.
After 150 hrs of play, I come to realize that you can't really make your hospital esthetic. You have to put all those medicine cabinets if you want your doctors to do a good job. I wish you didn't have too and you could make the rooms look like actual offices.
Hospital if you like things to be a bit more difficult and complex. School if you want to make things look nice and relax a bit more. Me personally, hospital! But I did enjoy school.
Yes you can , just need more qualified staff , a change in policy , ive beaten all the levels on 3 stars without any of the "cram as many weighing machines in a room as possible"
To be honest on your hospital you have displayed I'm mind blown by your que lines. I dropped my diagnosis ratio req. To get them in and out fast. As I play I improve my gp and ward to diagnose better and then I have 4 assistants in reception. My que doesn't go beyond 5 and I only need 2-3 gp offices and 1 ward to handle the diagnosis
That’s because I’m on the Hospital Topless Mountain on wave 48 where 250 patients turn up at once! Thus the long queues and many many diagnosis rooms. You’ll see from most my other videos that isn’t the norm!
Deep Thing 2 can go in most treatment rooms but they have to be unlocked via the superbug missions online. It offers +3% treatment. Worth noting though that the max treatment you can get is 100%, you get 50% from having a fully upgraded machine, 10% per staff level and 10% per treatment level. This means with a level 3 machine and a level 3 staff member trained to x2 treatment you’ll cap out at your max treatment %. It’ll then get lowered by diagnosis levels and illness difficulties so you won’t cure everyone but you’ll give yourself a great chance!!
Don't over expand, or build everything the game needs.. I got all my locations to 3 stars just by having the basics plus the specific disease for the area.. Always just play for the objective and jack up all the prices to 100%..

Hey I’ve just bought this… but my hospital I can’t get to 100% happiness tried everything been on this level for like 12 hours gone bankrupt loads restarted 3rd time haha
Nooooo! Have you used the happiness filter to see who is dragging it down? Also is this staff or patient happiness? 100% is pretty high! Not sure I could get 100% happiness (especially not patient).
So technically no you don’t! Although obviously it’s nice to have them as it’s more realistic and is kinder too the patients!! Benches can be a pain as patients won’t always sit on the bench closest to the place they need to be, plus the animation of them getting up and going to the door is longer than the one of them standing in the queue. Vending machines are similar, patients will go looking for them (especially if you have multiple of the same type food/drink) that slows things down and can be a cause of a lot of issues in your hospital! Now they obviously have benefits and they look nice so I’m not against them. However if you have short queues, diagnosis prices down to boost happiness, you can cope easily without them.
Noone start a video showing the start making perfekt start up how to ern monney all the time people cost more monney then you earn its a huge problem in this game
I’ve got 3 star walkthroughs on every level which shows you the perfect set up. Staff wages are expensive and having too many staff can ruin your finances!!
@@PowerPlays I just start normally with some diagnoses rooms 1 doctor or 2 1 or 2 of each buty income is always lower then the cost of my personal I tryd almost everything but nothing works

Yeah!! In two point campus they’ve addressed this by having a diminishing return on the upgrade items which I really liked.

I have a checked but have a hot key to disable it when I want to place more fiddly items

Do you set diagnosis prices down to -80% and treatment to +100%? That almost always ensures my hospitals make millions!
