All U2 song reactions have to be taken from a live performance, U2 are what live music is all about, it is where they breath life into a song and without it they do not exist, that said it is a song that is absolutely beautiful both lyrically and musically but is somewhat overlooked because it got lost in an album that was packed with musical poetry. Just my opinion.
Disagree. Some of their studio recording are so immaculately mixed, and the performances so refined, that I can't help but agree with the artists with wanting them to be immortalized in that way. Great live performances have their place, but they are variations on themes. Sometimes, the baseline is perfect in a different way. A way which the variations will never be.

7 towers was ballymun, a project development in the then outskirts of Dublin. Track is about the 80s heroin epidemic in Dublin but n the 80s.
