    It’s so wild how you can see the change from episode 1 to now . Prod looked lethargic in episode 1, like you could see it in his body language that it was time for a positive lifestyle change . And you can fully see how being consistent in workout and diet routines actually make a difference in your physical life but also has a huge impact on your mental . Paul said he is missing something in his programs but I think he knew that what was missing from his programs was only the way he was approaching them . Looks like his shift in perspective was all he needed. - cheers Paul! Love the content

    I get what you mean by the hate it love it but I'm always in my Lovett side unless I'm just really tired I'm just living life or working or heavy action sports day from the day before... thanks for showing us what an action sports athlete workout looks like for skateboarders, skaters look like!!

    yo P rod, Thanks for liking my comment last week man it got me psyched. I've been on a life reset literally the exact same time as you! I've been living a very stressed lifestyle for probably 8 years and me taking medication especially before i eat, smoking hella weed which can raise cortisol levels which puts more stress on ur gut which puts more stress on ur brain which just keeps compounding into negative shit, having an unbalanced diet even tho its been usually really healthy, eating mid foods that have pestecides and stressed out environments like chickens in cages which makes me stressed, getting mid sleep, not working out everyday, and not having a balance of vitamins led me to having stumach lining issues. With where my gut health is rn, its much more then just drinking a gallon of water everyday, I am repairing a shitty stressful lifestyle and drinking hella cause I'm in college(24 m). I'm taking L-glutamine to repair my gut lining, magnesium and other vitamins and minerals to help regulate my mood, I'm gonna be eating only pasture raised organic eggs which means each chicken is just chillin and cluckin in their own 104 square feet with their chicklets for their whole life, so the low stress most likely will transfer to me as well. Gonna be drinking lemon balm tea which literally reduces stress and I'd reccomend you looking into it. Our gut literally balances our entire brain and body, I've always wondered why it's protected by our heart, family jewels, and our body, and its because it regualates everything from ED to creativity. It takes a lot longer to feel these improvements of a entire change of lifestle and what were consuming and making our mindset less serious then taking a pill which helps in the next 30 minutes, but we all know delayed gratification wins in the end! the imbalance of specific vitamins/bacteria/imbalance of nutrients in our gut literally contributes to so many issues like stress, anxiety, shortness of breath, and other more serious health issues. I'm really looking forward to continue to learn about this shit, and hope anyone reading this gives it a try. I'm already noticing a decent improvement in my mood just fucking eating instant oats rn with bluebarrys and banana, shits gas and great for u. Stay up an PLEASE KEEP DOING THIS! EVERY VIDEO HELPS CHILL ME OUT WHICH IMPROVES MY LIFE AND EVERYONES AROUND ME!

    Hey Paul, I love the video series so much! You and the editor do such a good job of sharing not just the good parts but the bad parts. I hope that this is an ongoing series that will successfully get you there. One thing I know that will help, that most of us don't want to hear, is to not drink any caffeine for at least 8 hours before bed time. It would be better to not do any at all, but for some that is a harsh task. The reason I mention this, is that caffein stays in your system way longer than we are really aware of, and it is really good at disrupting sleep, which is not good for your cycles. I think the hardest thing to do out of everything, is mastering sleep, because in this day and age, there is so much to prevent us from getting there. This is where I am at in my journey. I think proper sleep will mean the world to me, and I will be able to accomplish so much more. Anyway, I hope this information is helpful! Keep up what you are doing, this is helping so many who are going through a lot themselves. I know I personally get excited when I see the next episode is posted!

    Yo Paul I have the SAME injury with my wrist I think it can be fixed and I’m looking to do it but I don’t have insurance or cash it’s funny because I do handstands and push-ups on my fist like you.

    Whoa! I share an injury with Prod lol. I also broke scaphoid bone in the wrist..the one below the thumb though, I had a hairline fracture from loading packs into a truck when I was in the military...we were going fast because it started raining and it was in the dark and someone threw a pack to me but he threw it short, I still tried to catch it with one hand (these are 50 lbs packs) and it bent it outta my wrist. Then when I got out I completely broke it skating... also skating a flat bar, but the one I was skating was a slanted flatbar. Yeah same, hard to do pushups because the limited flex of my wrist but I still do them. Mine technically healed and didn't go necrotic so it didn't die, I was in a caste for a couple months and it mended. I was reading up when I was injured because the doctor told me it was a chance the bone could die, he made it sound way worse than what actually happens if it does, told me it'd require surgery if it did etc, but really it's like yours... you just get limited wrist flexibility. This series is awesome, I got a bunch more videos to catch up on though ✌🏽.

    Rofl 😂 had the same problem with my wrist for a good 10 yrs now it won't go past 45 degrees backwards the other gets the whole 90° and when close to or pushed past the 45 pain is excruciating, nice to know it might be broken thanks Paul 👌🤙
