I also purchased a sim card for a french couple , and shopkeeper warned me about security issues , but i had enough conversation with them , that i was damn sure they are travellers . Even they had not asked me to purchase on my name , but as per regulations , without adhar it would be long process for them . They were extremely happy for that help and we also helped to shop few things and also guided to some places .

I also purchased a sim card for a french couple , and shopkeeper warned me about security issues , but i had enough conversation with them , that i was damn sure they are travellers .
Even they had not asked me to purchase on my name , but as per regulations , without adhar it would be long process for them .
They were extremely happy for that help and we also helped to shop few things and also guided to some places .
this week i see most of the indian travellers visting tanzania...saw back to back zanzibar videos from our indian travellers...and stayed in the same bottoms up hostel as well
