I really really love that you're highlighting rare items. I feel like so few players understand the value of rare items and it's great to see not just a showcase but a description of why items are valuable.
It’s just so hard to find godly rares, most veteran d2 players know that the best items sometimes can be rare and crafted items but getting those rolls is an RnG nightmare lol.
this guy really helps me to understand why i was always broke playing LoD as a kid. if i had 4k to bet id bet id have sold my own 5.5 point ring to a vendor cause i used to just literally ID and sell without even reading. thought BK/SoJ were the only rings that could matter.
I believe most players do understand the value of godly rare. since it's 20+year old games and players know pretty much everything. it's just too hard to find the valuable one. 99.99% of the rare you pickup will be trash af. so they just stick with the medium high value fixed uniques and runewords.
My Christmas luck was getting disconnected only to find my lvl 89 hc character dead upon logging back in. FUCK this game to hell. I had full health and only a handful of weak enemies around when it happened. How they can treat disconnects like this while featuring a HC mode shows their complete retardation.
@Shizune Hakamichi 30 is still part of lld....31+ is mld territory however...especially starting at 33 where Enhanced dmg found on weapon brutally outclass anything findable as a lvl 30....lvl 24-30 mod Merciless 81-100% ED......lvl 33 mod Ferocious 100-200% Enhanced dmg...lvl 37 offer the fool mod(max dmg + Ar) and 30% ED jewels.....lvl 48 offer the last huge dmg bump(Master's mod)........lvl 31-35 offer a good variety of solid Uniques now accessible..making 37 the first average spot for all class for MLD.....and lvl 48 the second MLD spot where all Classes get a huge boost from multi-Uniques.....technicly 42 offer the skills charms but to be fair to melee they skip to 48.....36-41 offer plenty new runewords none impactful enough to compete with jewels(Melody come close to but not enough)...so 37 is a great mid lvl to put the first cut at...though technicly 33-37 are 2 great difference in power.....due to lvl 42 giving casters literal End Game dmg(too much OPness)...the second MLD cut was chosen to be set at lvl 48 to give Melees a chance to compete vs casters......the final MLD level with a huge impact is lvl 59(Mal,ist,Gul,Vex,Ohm,Lo runes now accessible).....thats practically end-game gear......to simplify mld marking where huge shifts in power occur.....33-37-42-48-59......but 30 is still part of LLD...a 30 would get obliterated by a lvl 33 which can output like 1.5X the dmg from an epicly rare weapon..for a simple 3 lvl difference....160% ED + Mechanic Mod VS 260% ED Mechanics + Mod(200% VS 300% after ED Jewels are in)
D3 auction house was the best thing blizz ever did, change my mind. I used to pay my rent with Natalyas Reflections selling one for cap cost multiple times monthly. That an echoing fury were so easy to sell and so easy to farm on crypt runs. I always wonder how the guy I used to run with is doing. He had a barb and I was dh and we ran crypts for like 12 hours a day most days. Good guy, if you ever see this deathtouch hows it going man.
I think the last time I played Diablo was D2, for half the game. This is the first time I'm hearing anything positive about the Auction House, most of it was negative. Grinding 12 hour days for 30 days for a rent check sounds like a lot of work. Was it worth it?

I’ve found a few good jewels lately. A 33ed 8dex that I put in a g face for my bowazon, a 15 ias 28ed, and a yellow 30 ed with max dmg that I dont remember specifics off the top of my head. Was most excited about the 33/8 though

After regular D2 1.08-1.09 and bugged items got patched it was never the same :( , ao_ith sword, bugged eth gear, windforce, cowmode , white rings, sojs, hexes ,nostalgia overlord , act 2disconnect hack by palace, act 1 item drop hack that makes person drop all item and dc in corner , then act 1 teleport hack I miss those days .

Without a loot filter its a big invest of time to look at all items. And if you don't know all Meta Builds and BiS Variants for it, a gg item goes to trash, even identified :D

I'd be careful about selling these high priced digital items as a lot of these places where you can sell them (ebay, amazon, etc.) won't offer protection to you as a seller since you have no tracking no. to prove that you actually sent the buyer something (as these are digital items), if the buyer chooses to file a claim against you. PayPal, the most common payment processor won't protect you either due to the same reason.
I found the absolute best rare ring i found my whole time playing the game last week single player from sparkly chest in ancient tunnels Dread eye level 65 117 ar, 4 mana steal, 8 life steal, 25 life, 87 mana, light res 30
damn my bowa would love that :D but she has a 77 ar, 6 mana leech, 8 life leech, 9 energy, 13 cold res, 10 light res which is not so bad :D she is actually geared damn good so far if i think about it. inventory isn't perfect but i didn't buy or trade a single charm. the stuff i found with my sorc during the last months were enough to fill it. some have only ar/life or max dmg/ar. 2 are 100 poison dmg scs. but anyways. she is geared pretty dope. highlight is the faith merc. rolled a 1 all skills 15 fanatism faith in a 14 ed crusader bow. then she has a 12 ed sup eth archon plate forti that rolled 30 res and 1 life per level and an eth andy 115/9ll/30 str with a 15 ias/26 fr jewel in it. these 2 were basically the single best finds so far. well these and the 15 ias 36 ed i put into my windforce. the rest is really the usual. gore boots, laying of hands, ravenfrost, razortail and atmas scarab. armor is ofc also forti in a sup 8 ed archon plate that rolled 29 res and also 1 life per level lol. helm is g face cause i didn't find a single useful helm or diadem i could give her. really hoping to get an artisans tiara some day. of speed would be godly but lamprey also okay. anything 3 os really. just getting more ias ed jewels might take a while tho :D i mean g face has great stats. it's just ugly :D
It is known that you can't sell item for real money because that is against blizzard tos but you can absolutely "sell the time" to acquire a certain item ie - ring, amulet, etc within the game. I am sure he sold through ebay or amazon as people on their state for each trade that they are not selling the item but only the time to acquire the item itself. Nonetheless that's a GG ring to be found within the first quarter of d2r!

I found a pair wyrmhide boots with 30FRW/18cold/33fire/38lightn/3 dex/5% chance to cast frost nova when struck. So far no bids on traderie after 3 days. I´m not really a veteran when it comes to D2 but they seem pretty good. Any1 know if and how you can search for just boots and then enter stats what you want. There are so many boots that no1 will ever find them. Somone would have to be searching for those stats on specifically wyrmhide boots. The same goes for helmets. It would be so nice if you could just look for helms and enter 2/20 or whatever and it search thru them all regardless if its a coronet/circlet or diadem.
i found a near perfect gheed last night and 2 sojs this week its been a good week i have a nice sin circ i gambled and even crafted a decent druid ammy but sadly it came out 8 fcr instead of 9 so its prolly not worth much but my best craft so far so im happy
I miss being super " D2 rich ", and after MF grinding all day, joining games and giving away elite items to their specific character classes purely bc the items didn't surpass my current items lol. It was still great to watch people's reaction tho.
What's the best place to sell that type of items? I found an ammy similar to this one 0:48 but for barb (lower life/mana, but 12 res all), figured it could interest some singer barb, but got no offer for it at all. Are similar barb ammy useless, or is there a better way to sell those?

I found a pair wyrmhide boots with 30FRW/18cold/33fire/38lightn/3 dex/5% chance to cast frost nova when struck. So far no bids on traderie after 3 days. I´m not really a veteran when it comes to D2 but they seem pretty good. Any1 know if and how you can search for just boots and then enter stats what you want. There are so many boots that no1 will ever find them. Somone would have to be searching for those stats on specifically wyrmhide boots. The same goes for helmets. It would be so nice if you could just look for helms and enter 2/20 or whatever and it search thru them all regardless if its a coronet/circlet or diadem.

i found a near perfect gheed last night and 2 sojs this week its been a good week i have a nice sin circ i gambled and even crafted a decent druid ammy but sadly it came out 8 fcr instead of 9 so its prolly not worth much but my best craft so far so im happy

I miss being super " D2 rich ", and after MF grinding all day, joining games and giving away elite items to their specific character classes purely bc the items didn't surpass my current items lol. It was still great to watch people's reaction tho.

What's the best place to sell that type of items? I found an ammy similar to this one 0:48 but for barb (lower life/mana, but 12 res all), figured it could interest some singer barb, but got no offer for it at all. Are similar barb ammy useless, or is there a better way to sell those?

The best payed stats in d2 items are: low level requeriment, + skills, faster cast, stats, life or mana and prismatic (in amulets)..,
runescape and party hats is pretty insane..
