wars have nothing to do with the people, it's the few at the top that control and cause them. Also this statement implies that the war happened just because Russians and Ukrainians don't work together? Which again, not only is it not true but you're also presenting it as if the war wasn't one side (much stronger and bigger side) attacking the other one that's just trying to live in peace. Most wars these days aren't 2 countries fighting over beef. It's usually one really big country annihilating a smaller one.
Terrible Quin and Seleri play, missing absolutely everything. Tofu missing the fight. Ace the only one that helped Dyrachio, at least landed some skills. The only one who was trying is Dyrachio. Seleri absolutely terrible performance, and even worse was Quin. Absolutely getting destroyed by Dazzle mid and missing every single skill shot.
the dota plus win probability in this case is incredibly inaccurate - it has a very high bias towards any team with spectre. it also doesn't properly factor in what pros do with dazzle and spirit breaker core, and is also probably overweighting the muerta's impact, expecting it to be a core. spirit was probably never below around a ~30% chance to win this game, if that.
@@bellgloom Well, I actually thought that that probability was quite accurate. The problem is that GG played incredibly bad. And that is what Dota's win rate probability can never account for. I've seen a loss on a 100% win probability. Simply because Dota can't account for 5 people , instead of hitting a throne for a second... diving into the fountain and dying... you just can't account for b. dead plays. And I consider this game the same. They played uncharacteristically bad. Pub level of gameplay, that fight in particular at Spirit's tier 2 tower. they are separated, Tofu is missing, Quinn missing every shot, Dyrachio not expeting that and therefore overextended... etc. Or the AA fight near rosh ... He died for no reason , then bought back and went in into a charging bull to get killed again... That play is Herald level there are no two ways about it. It just doesn't make sense. So from the Dota + win probability perspective I would rate their win probability about the same , around 90%... If they play normal Dota... which they didn't.

Same here. TS very deserving winners, and although it was still enjoyable, I found this TI to be very disappointing overall. I feel like a big part of that was the new format. Maybe it has some advantage for people who watch it live(??), but for me who doesn't care about that it really lacked any momentum, and very few good series. Everything but the final being BO3 resulted in us getting far more uneven and unexciting games between weaker teams, and less games to enjoy from the strongest teams compared to previous years. I really hope they learn from this and don't do the same again next year.

@@stefanrussellbouldering2375 lol my thoughts exactly. Also same goes for Tofu... Picking Muerte every time... I mean that skill shot was nice, but his impact in team fights was shallow at best. Moreover I don't understand why they didn't pick Axe into Dazzle... oh wait... that's because they only play a handful of heroes, unlike Dyrachio which actually can play any hero for the meta.

first time since TI 3, I never been so unexcited like this year, no immortal, no hype, no surprise revealed. What's wrong with Valve :'(
Same here. TS very deserving winners, and although it was still enjoyable, I found this TI to be very disappointing overall. I feel like a big part of that was the new format. Maybe it has some advantage for people who watch it live(??), but for me who doesn't care about that it really lacked any momentum, and very few good series. Everything but the final being BO3 resulted in us getting far more uneven and unexciting games between weaker teams, and less games to enjoy from the strongest teams compared to previous years. I really hope they learn from this and don't do the same again next year.
Any top 4 team would be 3-0 ed by this performance of ts
