Good to see you back Sam, The quality of your new vlog camera, looks good, also looks like it's very popular with TH-camrs. Mistake I quickly changed, was to get the correct footwear for muddy conditions.
Haven't got a decent one of the Bittern for some years now if you get a chance go to the Walthamstow Wetlands with its ten large reservoirs recon you might like it there.
Good morning from Spain. I remember seeing a video of yours about your preferences for the Olympus Em 1 mk iii versus the EM 1X… I see that you are now wearing Nikon. Why have you changed your equipment?
Good question. The main reason is actually curiosity. Never used a Nikon setup. Also the fact that the camera business was sold to JIP the future of Olympus is a bit unclear and as a mirrorless depending a lot in software updates I though it might be a good idea to be cautious
Because I'm on a pension I'm stuck with a Canon T2i and a 55-250mm STM lens. A lot of the time I'm shooting birds in lower light than would be ideal. DxO PureRaw has allowed me to capture a lot of photos that I wouldn't have been able to use at ISO 3200. I have one shot of a bananaquit on my instagram page that has an ISO of 6400 and DxO PureRaw managed to save it for me. Don't be afraid of ISO; get the shot rather than not :)
How is the d500 treating you? That's a very interesting camera. Especially for the price
I am absolutely amazed of the results to be honest! Great camera
Beautiful 🤩
Thank you
Great to see you back Sam
Good to be back! I hope I will manage to go out more often

Yea not having the right footwear is a deadly mistake 😂
I've missed yer face, Sam! Welcome back and thank you for sharing such beautiful places with us!
Thank you Christina
Nice to see you back again Samuel, I know this place and hide really well, thanks for another great video.
Oh wow! Small world!
I hope you have more luck with the Bittern than me!

@@raymondpenalver7095 I haven’t seen or photographed a bittern yet so that would actually be really nice

That is absolutely true! I use DXO and it is absolutely amazing
What's happened to your Olympus Sam? I got rid of my heavy Nikon gear and use the MX1. My base ISO is 1600, and PureRaw is a game-changer.
Curiosity got the best of me and I wanted to try the Nikon ecosystem too and I am enjoying it for now.
How do you manage to concentrate on your driving when talking to your camera?
Camera on the dash and talking as I would talk to a passenger
