Hi Samuel, I’ve had all three systems, but it was the EM1 MKII. I went to D500 with Nikon 200-500mm, when the Tamron 150-600 came out I decided to px the Nikon 200-500 for the Tamron for the 100mm extra reach. Whilst the Tamron did give me more reach, TBH I was never fully happy with the lens. It just felt that the 200-500 provided superior stabilisation and image quality was better. The D500 was superior in my experience to the EM1 mkII for capturing BIF, however there was the extra weight but I grew to like the D500 setup and captured lots of great images. The downside for me was weight and trying to capture video, the D500 was very clunky for video and not so simple like the Olympus just look through viewfinder and press record. As a result hardly used the video function. More recently I was deciding whether to go for same Olympus setup you had or the Sony A9 with Sony 200-600. Eventually decided on the Sony A9 rig. Whilst it provides mostly everything I wanted, faster shutter speed silent shooting, good quality. The not so good, it feels even heavier than my old Nikon D500 setup, possibly as it’s a little front heavy (now added battery pack, to try an balance, problem is it has increased the weight also) hard to hand hold tracking BIF for more than 15 seconds. Now I am thinking maybe I should go back to the Olympus setup, whilst the keeper rate for BIF is much lower than either the D500 or the A9 ( seriously missing the cropped sensor advantage though) at least I can hold it for longer period tracking BIF and the advantage of a cropped sensor which I really miss, yes you can do cropped sensor on A9 and add 1.4x converter as I have done, for me it’s not the same and using cropped sensor camera as the file size remains the same. The cropped sensor option on A9 gives much smaller file sizes even smaller than the Olympus. I suppose the main thing holding me back at the moment is waiting to see what the new Olympus owners do. Seems very quiet on the Olympus front at the moment. If they bring out an EM1 MK4 which could combine the best of the D500 and the Sony A9 in a M43 body it would be a no brainier for me to change back to Olympus, though I probably would not buy their pro lens I can’t justify the expense of that lens for my use and I personally would stick with the 100-400 and possibly get a 300mm. I will have to wait and see what the Olympus future holds. Thanks for your videos, all are very enjoyable watching and glad to see you’re back making videos.
It's great to see you back friend, I've missed your videos!
Thank you
I moved from D500 to M43. Very nice camera, though I could never get the hang of the ui. The button layout and placement were excellent.
Good to see you back Samuel….. Look forward to your videos. 👍
Thank you Andy!

Missed you mate glad to see you back !!!
Thank you Raymond!
I use the EM1 Mark iii and 150-400mm f4.5, two batteries easily last me a whole day of shooting 🤷🏻♂️
As i was filming a lot in C4K and log my battery was going really quickly
Good to see you back Sam. I was a bit concerned that you haven't been around for a while.
Thank you Trevor. Busy times and no time to go out to be honest
